Voluntary Benefit Bundles Specifically for NADL Members

  • This is the “Cadilac” plan we developed for NADL members. The Gold bundle has multiple options for your employees to protect their families in the event they experience and un-expected accident and incur a lot of medical costs and bills. Not only will they get an Accident Plan, Term Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Critical Illness, but they will also get a Hospital Indemnity plan (Colonial calls Medical Bridge.)  You will get paid for hospital confinement, observation room, rehabilitation unit confinement, outpatient surgical procedure and diagnostic procedure.     Rates

    • Based on $10,000 Term Life Insurance: Age (40 – 44) Non-Tobacco and Basic Accident 1.0 Plan (Age 17-99)

    • Disability product has 7 days accident, 14 days sickness elimination period, 6 month benefit period, $1,800 / month

    • Critical Illness: $25,000 benefit, Non-Tobacco, Employee only (age 40 – 44)

    • Group Medical Bridge: Hospital Confinement Level 3: $1,500 (age 17 – 49)

    • $72.00 per pay period based on bi-weekly (or 26 pay periods/year)

    These rates are based on a group offering of 10 more employees and based on age the rates can change.

  • This bundle is a step up from Platinum and has more options for your employees to protect their families in the event they experience and un-expected accident and incur a lot of medical costs and bills. Not only will they get an Accident Plan, Term Life Insurance, and Short Term Disability, but they will add Critical Illness.  Critical Illness is a great benefit to help people if they suffer a heart attack, stroke or other type of situations.  This plan will help maintain financial security during the lengthy, expensive recovery period of a critical illness. It provides a lump sum benefit to help with the out-of–pocket medical and non-medical expenses of employees who suffer a critical illness. All benefits are paid directly to the employee.

  • This bundle is a step up from Silver and has more options for your employees to protect their families in the event they experience and un-expected accident and incur a lot of medical costs and bills.  Not only will they get an Accident Plan and Term Life Insurance, but they will add Short Term Disability.  Short Term Disability will help replace lost income while not working and logging hours for your next pay check. All benefits are paid directly to the employee.

  • This is an entry level bundle that will help your employees protect their families in the event they experience and un-expected accident and incur high medical costs and bills.  They will receive Life Insurance to protect their love ones, if that un-expected situation occurs in addition to an Accident Policy to pay for medical costs associated with an accident.  This bundle is very competitively priced and provides the initial essentials when something accidental happens.  All benefits are paid directly to the employee.
